How to insert the shelves
Measure your cupboard from left to right (width) starting at the back of your cupboard. If you are ordering multiple shelves, take a measurement at each approximate height.
Move to the front of your cupboard and measure at the same heights.
Note any differences between back and front measurements.
Top Tips
- Use centimetres when measuring
- Keep tape measure straight
"My walls are uneven, what should I order?"
If the discrepancy is less than a few millimetres we advise ordering to your smallest width. If there is a significant disproportion we can make your shelves to fit the measurements. Just add a note to let us know.
"What will I need to install?"
We designed our shelves to be as easy as possible to install, requiring only a drill, tape measure, pencil and a spirit level. We include all fixings & instructions.
"Should I order to the exact cupboard measurements?"
We recommend taking of 0.5cm from your width. This helps make fitting easier.
"Are these shelves suitable for stud walls?"
The screws and wall plugs we provide are suitable for plasterboard, but for added strength we recommend adding no-nails glue onto the wall battens before fixing.
"Where are my shelves made?"
Your shelves are made in our carpentry workshop. We are based in Lancashire, UK. Our lead carpenter has over 20 years of experience!
