Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from APEX. As many of our products are made specifically for your home, our returns policy is slightly different to standard retail.
Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Items
All made-to-measure and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These products are made to your exact specifications, so we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault, we’ll put it right.
You can choose between:

A replacement/remake, or
-
A full refund
Please email us at help@apexbespokecarpentry.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue so we can resolve this quickly.
Non-Bespoke Items (Standard Products)
Items that are not made to measure can be returned.

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original condition

Return shipping costs are not covered by us
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns on bespoke or custom-made items unless faulty
